Responsibilities
Annotation work: You have to label product queries or images on a daily basis. You must provide accurate labels according to the guidelines so that the models can give correct results.
Example: If a customer searches for “smartwatch for kids”, then you have to tag the products according to that query.
Balancing quality and speed: Every task must be completed on time while keeping errors to a minimum. You also have to update productivity dashboards and trackers.
Giving improvement ideas: Analyze the shortcomings of the process or areas that could be improved, and share them with the team.
Example: If a common labeling mistake is happening, identify the pattern and suggest a solution.
Handling sensitive content: Sometimes you may need to work with products like adult content, religious items, or weapons. You must handle these professionally and in accordance with the guidelines.
Basic Requirements:
- Graduation has been completed (from any stream).
- Should be able to speak and write fluent English (customer queries are mostly in English).
- Should be able to use computer basics—MS Word, Excel, and the Internet.
- Attention to detail: Can notice and correct even small mistakes.
Preferred Skills:
- Advanced skills in Excel such as formulas, pivot tables, or data sorting.
- Experience or knowledge of e-commerce platforms (such as Amazon, Flipkart).
- Time-management: Prioritizes work and meets deadlines.
