Eligibility Criteria for Flipkart Work From Home Jobs
Candidates should have completed thier 12th class or graduation degree from any stream and should able to speal Fulently English and Hindi.
Required Skills and Technical Setup
Interested candidates should have basic computer knowledge like use of MS Office and email and must have good laptop with i5 8th gen processor, 8GB RAM and Windows 10 or 11 installed. Internet should be wired and the speed should be minimum 25 Mbps. There should also be power backup so that there is no interruption in work.
Job Role and Responsibilities
In this job, you will have to interact with Flipkart customers and solve queries through calls, emails, or chats. Informing the status of orders, handling returns and cancellations will be your daily work and also be taught to use internal CRM tools like ZenDesk.
Work Schedule and Salary Details
This job is for 6 days Modday to Saturady and 1 day rotational off. Shifts are flexible – morning, evening or night shift can be available. Salary ranges from ₹25,000 to ₹45,000. If you work in night shift, you get ₹800 extra per shift. You can also get a monthly incentive of up to ₹3,000 on the basis of performance.

Selection Process for Flipkart WFH Jobs 2025
