Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate employee records.
- Assist with drafting, reviewing, and compliance.
- Analyze operational reporting data (WFH reports, biometric logs).
- Prepare internal reports and assist with process improvements.
- Coordinate with functions (HR, Finance, IT) to support operations.
- Assist with internal communications and disseminate information to the team.
- Manage office supplies and vendor coordination.
- Assist in planning, meetings, and executing office logistics and events.
